At Shewmake Steel Erection Inc. we take pride in our high quality installation and erection of structural and other steel products. We operate company-owned equipment which includes three cranes, forklifts, boom lifts, man lifts, crew trucks, and various welding systems. We work with carbon steel in various forms including structural, heavy weldment, and trusses. Our workmanship lives up to our motto: "If the plans require it, we can erect it". Our crews are staffed with qualified, NCCCO certified crane operators, utilizing company owned cranes up to 80 tons, and can rent even larger cranes as needed. We are AISC certified in advanced steel erection, and are proud to meet the high industry standards of the AWS, ICC, OSHA, ASNT, and FEMA seismic requirements. Furthermore, our commitment to quality and safety is reflected in our excellent MOD rate.
