As a full service steel provider, we pride ourselves on meeting our customers’ needs with our different steel services. Our rebar division is no exception. We added this division in the 1960s to meet the growing demands of our clients. Since then we have been working on providing high-quality rebar.

Our capabilities include: fabricating concrete reinforcing steel, smooth dowels, bar supports, and welded wire fabric, as well as specialty products such as anchor bolts and embeds. We fabricate rebar in A615 and A706 grades with galvanized, epoxy coated, or black finish. We stock #3 through #11 in 20’, 40’, and 60’ lengths. Like our other steel products, our rebar meets all codes, tolerances, and standards of the American Concrete Institute and the Concrete Reinforced Steel Institute. Our facility also meets FEMA Seismic Requirements, OSHA, ICC, and ASNT standards.

Additionally, we at Macuch pride ourselves in offering our clients quick turnaround and quick delivery. We can work with lead times as short as one week and can handle the packaging, shipping, and delivery with expandable trailers. Our typical job product is less than 100 tons, but we can accommodate up to 2,000 tons.

All our projects are not only fabricated in America, but we use steel sourced from the United States. We purchase our steel from service centers throughout the Southeast, and also from mills located in GA, SC, NC, VA, IN, AL, FL, TN, and AK.

As an American, family-owned business, we understand the challenges of running a business. We believe it is necessary to support our fellow business owners. Our CEO, William L. Macuch, feels it is extremely important to buy steel made in the USA for three reasons: it helps maintain infrastructure in the USA, it provides jobs in this country, and it supports our economy. If we continue to outsource and purchase products made outside of our country, we eventually lose our capability to manufacture on our own soil.
